Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing (mail or email). Submit all email requests to cspencer@chpca.net or mail to Catholic Health Alliance of Canada, Annex C - Saint Vincent Hospital, 60 Cambridge St. North, Ottawa, ON, K1R 7A5. Substitutions are gladly accepted should a registrant be unable to attend.
Cancellations received by April 5: A refund of the full 2017 Conference registration fee, minus a $100 cancellation fee, will be given for assembly cancellations received by April 5, 2017. Cancellations for one-day registrations will receive a refund of the full registration fee, minus a $75 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received between April 6 and April 19: A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be given for cancellations received between April 5 - April 19, 2017.
No refunds will be granted for requests made after April 20.
